MEDIATION FULL DAY
Mediation eight hours: $1200/party.
Time over the eight-hour limit: $175/party/hour.
MEDIATION HALF DAY
Mediation four hours: $600
Time over the four-hour limit: $175/party/hour.
ARBITRATION SERVICES
ARBITRATION FULL DAY
Arbitration eight hours: $2,000
Time over the eight-hour limit: $200/party/hour.
ARBITRATION HALF DAY
Arbitration four hours: $1,000
Time over the four-hour limit: $200/party/hour.
For convenience I am available to arbitrate in the attorney’s office. However, if a neutral location is preferred, please notify me at the time of the appointment.
Payments shall be made by cash or firm check (no personal checks). Credit card payments available for attorneys only.
All fees are due at time of mediation or arbitration.
